AccioJob Referral Code

A referral here is not a signup — it is an introduction to a training commitment that can involve significant money or a share of future salary. That deserves more care than a code.

We could not find published referral terms for AccioJob, and the cash figures circulating do not trace back to an AccioJob source. If a referral programme is running it will be documented in your own account.

What matters far more than the figure is what a referral here actually is, because it is not comparable to anything else on this site.

Recommending a shopping app costs your friend nothing. Recommending a tech training and placement programme introduces them to a decision involving substantial money, months of their time, and in this category frequently an income share agreement or a pay-after-placement arrangement — where the fee is deferred but tied to a future salary, sometimes with a minimum salary trigger and a defined repayment period. Those contracts vary enormously in their terms and in how favourable they are.

So the questions worth asking before referring anyone are about the programme, not the reward. What does it cost, in total, under every payment route offered? If there is a deferred or income-share option, what triggers repayment, what percentage, for how long, and is there a cap? What placement rate is claimed, how is "placed" defined, and over what period? Is the guarantee a refund, or an obligation to keep trying? What happens if someone completes the training and is not placed?

Those are ordinary consumer questions and a good provider answers them plainly. They matter here specifically because a referral reward creates an incentive to introduce people to a commitment whose consequences fall entirely on them — the same conflict named on the ZET and indiagold pages elsewhere on this site, but with a larger sum and a longer horizon.

None of that is a judgement on AccioJob, which we have not assessed and cannot. It is a statement about what this category requires of anyone recommending it. If you know the programme worked for you and you can answer those questions honestly for the person you are referring, that is a genuine recommendation. If you are sharing a code for a reward, it is not, and the person on the other end carries the cost.
