Graphy Referral Code
Graphy sells software to course creators — and its "0% platform fees" claim needs checking against the contract
Graphy is a course-creation and selling platform owned by Unacademy, used by creators and educators to host, brand and sell their own courses rather than by learners taking them.
Genie Says
Graphy is software sold to course creators, not a platform for learners. It is owned by Unacademy, acquired Spayee for $25m in October 2021, and Spayee was rebranded to Graphy on 6 March 2025. Subscription tiers are ₹1,999, ₹4,200 and ₹8,400 a month, with a 14-day trial and no free plan. Sources conflict on commission: marketing says "0% platform fees" while analyses report 5–10% per sale plus a one-time setup fee of roughly ₹10,000–₹50,000, so the instruction is to get the full fee schedule in writing before signing. Native apps are Rise-tier and DIY, requiring an Apple Developer Account at $99/year and handling your own store rejections.

How to Use a Graphy Referral Code
Know who the customer is
Creators and educators building their own courses — not learners. Our record described it the other way round.
Get the full fee schedule in writing
Marketing says 0% platform fees; analyses report 5–10% per sale plus setup charges. We cannot reconcile them — you can, before signing.
Price the app properly
Native apps are Rise-tier and DIY: a Google Play Console account, an Apple Developer Account at $99/year, and you handle rejections.
Work out your break-even
A high subscription with no per-sale fee wins at volume; a low one with a 10% cut wins early. The right tier changes as you grow.

Why Choose Graphy?
Marketing states 0% platform fees while third-party analyses report 5–10% per sale plus setup charges — the two accounts have to be reconciled before signing.

A vendor whose pricing is genuinely 0% will confirm it in a sentence.
Store review is not a formality, and rejections are the creator's problem to solve.
About Graphy
Our page described this as a platform for learners. It is software sold to the people who build courses, and its pricing has more than one layer.
Graphy is software sold to creators and educators — people building and selling their own courses under their own branding. The customer is the person teaching, not the person learning.
Ownership, which is worth knowing before evaluating it. Graphy is owned by Unacademy, which has its own page on this site. Graphy acquired Spayee in October 2021 for $25 million, and Spayee was officially rebranded to Graphy on 6 March 2025. The group also includes the community platform Scenes. Anyone comparing Graphy against Unacademy-adjacent products is comparing one company's offerings.
Now the pricing, which is the substance of this page.
The published subscription tiers are Launch at ₹1,999 per month, Growth at ₹4,200 per month and Rise at ₹8,400 per month — reported internationally at roughly $49, $149 and $399. There is a 14-day free trial and no free plan.
And here the sources genuinely disagree, so we are going to describe the disagreement rather than pick a side.
Graphy's marketing states "0% platform fees." Third-party pricing analyses report a per-sale transaction fee of between 5% and 10%, alongside a one-time setup or app-publishing fee typically in the ₹10,000–₹50,000 range.
We cannot reconcile those from outside, and we are not going to guess. This project's first rule is never to invent a figure, and where accounts conflict the honest output is the mechanism plus an instruction. So the instruction is this, and it is the most valuable line on the page: before signing anything, get the complete fee schedule in writing — subscription, per-transaction percentage, payment-processing charges, setup fees and any charge for publishing an app — and confirm which of them apply to your specific plan.
A vendor whose pricing is genuinely 0% will confirm that in a sentence. Reluctance to put a fee schedule in writing is itself the answer.
The mobile app deserves separate attention, because it is where the cost is least visible.
Native iOS and Android apps are a Rise-and-above feature, which is the ₹8,400 tier. And they are do-it-yourself. The creator opens a Google Play Console account and an Apple Developer Account, which costs $99 per year paid directly to Apple, builds the app through Graphy's in-dashboard App Builder, and handles any store rejections themselves.
So "you get your own app" means "you get a tool for making one, and you become the developer of record." App store review is not a formality — rejections happen, they require technical responses, and they are the creator's problem. Anyone choosing a tier because of the app should price the $99, the time, and the possibility of an unfamiliar rejection process.
The questions any creator should answer before committing, which apply to every platform of this kind and which our Classplus page sets out in the same terms:
Can you export your course content in a usable form?
Can you export your student list with contact details? That list is the business.
Who holds the payment relationship with students, and what happens to in-flight subscriptions if you leave?
What happens to a branded app if the contract ends?
What is the all-in monthly cost at your expected sales volume — subscription plus every percentage — compared against the alternatives?
And the arithmetic that decides the tier: a percentage fee and a subscription trade off against each other. A high subscription with genuinely no per-sale fee is cheaper at volume; a low subscription with a 10% cut is cheaper when you are starting. Work out your break-even sales figure before choosing, because the right tier changes as you grow and platforms rarely prompt you to move down.
On the referral: 1% of revenue. Note what that is — a revenue share, which our SaaS pages identify as a publisher instrument rather than a user one. A percentage of somebody's ongoing spending is built for people introducing customers at volume, and it pays more the longer the referred creator stays and the more they sell. That is a mild conflict rather than a serious one — a creator selling well is a creator being well served — but it is worth knowing you have a continuing interest in their subscription.
