Your referral reward becomes active seven calendar days after your friend has onboarded — it is not instant. The referred person must successfully open their Upstox account within seven days of signing up, where signing up means completing mobile and email OTP verification. Their PAN must never have been used to create an Upstox account before; a returning user earns you nothing.
