Most articles on this still describe a programme that pays ₹50, ₹90 or up to ₹2,500 in referral cashback. Those figures are out of date. Here is what the Swiggy referral actually does in 2026, and which Swiggy-owned app still pays referrers.

Does Swiggy have refer and earn?

Not in the form people mean by "refer and earn". Checked in the Swiggy app in August 2026, there is no Refer & Earn section and no mechanism for the referrer to earn cashback or credit.

What still exists is a referral discount for the person you invite. That is a genuine offer, but the benefit sits entirely on the new user's side.

What the Swiggy referral gives the new user

Swiggy's new-user referral applies a discount across the invited person's first five orders rather than dumping the whole benefit onto order one. The number of orders is the designed part of the offer — it is built to establish a habit, not to hand over a single large discount.

Two things worth knowing before you plan around it:

• Platform and delivery fees generally sit outside the discount, so the amount taken off the bill is not the amount taken off what you pay.
• The exact percentage and any cap vary by city, account and whatever campaign is running.

Why you cannot find a Swiggy referral code to share

Because the earning side no longer exists, there is nothing in the app to copy and send. Searching for "how to get referral code in Swiggy" turns up guides describing an interface that has been removed.

If a site is currently offering you a Swiggy referral code that pays you a cashback, treat it with caution. Codes of that kind are usually stale, or belong to a different offer entirely.

Which Swiggy app still pays referrers: Toing

Toing is Swiggy's budget food-delivery app, launched in late 2025 and focused on meals in the ₹100–₹150 range with a lower platform fee than the main Swiggy app. Unlike Swiggy itself, Toing does run a referral programme that rewards the referrer.

Two caveats before you go looking:
