OrbitRemit Referral Code

OrbitRemit handles international transfers from Australia and New Zealand at low fixed fees. Its referral program was rebuilt around a tiered structure, so most of what you will find written about it online describes an older scheme.

If you have read that OrbitRemit pays £75 for every three friends who transfer £300, that is an old program. The pages repeating it have not been touched in years — one of the most widely cited says so on its own face.

The current structure is different and, for most people, better. For every successful referral you earn a $20 credit against your next transfer. On top of that, every five successful referrals earns an additional $100 bonus coupon. There is no limit on how many friends you can invite.

Your friend's side works unusually. Rather than a single welcome discount, their benefit is split across two transfers: they receive OrbitRemit's new customer promo on their first transfer, and then $10 off their second. That means a friend who tries the service once and does not come back only ever collects half of what was on offer — worth mentioning when you share your link.

The qualifying condition is a first transfer of $100 AUD or NZD or more, and it only counts once that transfer shows as Paid in their account. You can watch this happen: your Referral List shows each person as Pending while they have signed up but not yet completed a qualifying transfer, then Complete once it lands, at which point the reward becomes redeemable.

One caveat OrbitRemit is unusually candid about: the reward amount may differ between users due to ongoing promotions or testing, though whatever you earn will always match the figure displayed in your account at the time of the referral. In other words the program is A/B tested, so two people comparing notes can both be quoting their real number and still disagree.
