Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Delivery Method

Gift card vouchers are delivered digitally through two channels, immediately upon successful issuance:

• In-app: the voucher code (and PIN, where applicable) is visible in your History tab on the Rewards page. You can return to this view at any time to retrieve the voucher.
• Email: a copy of the voucher is sent to the email address associated with your GiveRefer account.

2. Delivery Timeline

• Typical: within a few seconds of successful payment.
• Maximum: up to a few minutes during periods of high partner load.
• If the voucher is not visible in your History tab within 10 minutes of payment, please contact [email protected] with your order ID.

3. Delivery Failures

If our partner is unable to issue the voucher after your payment has been captured, your cash payment is automatically refunded in full and any GiveRefer Coins applied are restored to your account. See our Refund Policy for details.

4. Email Deliverability

Voucher emails are sent from [email protected] (or a similar transactional sender). If you do not see the email:

• Check your Spam, Promotions, or Updates folders.
• Whitelist @giverefer.com with your email provider to ensure future delivery.
• The voucher will always be available in your History tab regardless of email delivery — the email is a convenience copy, not the source of truth.

5. International Delivery

Gift cards are issued for use within India and are denominated in Indian Rupees (INR). We do not currently support international brands or international currencies. You can purchase from anywhere with a valid Indian payment method.

6. Voucher Validity After Delivery

Each voucher carries its own expiry date as displayed at the time of issuance and in your History tab. Vouchers cannot be extended or revived after expiry. Treat the voucher code and PIN as a bearer instrument — anyone with the code can redeem it.
