Giverefer User Eligibility Guidelines

GiveRefer.com is accessible to all users without any specific age restrictions. Users agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

User Account Management

Accurate Information: Users must provide accurate details during account creation.
Account Security: Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials and report suspicious activities immediately.
Prohibition of Multiple Accounts: Users are allowed only one account.

Gift Card Purchases

GiveRefer enables users to redeem brand gift cards by combining their GiveRefer Coins with a cash payment. The following terms apply to all gift card purchases:

Merchant of Record: All cash payments are processed by Razorpay on behalf of Go Veg Go Green Club Pvt Ltd, the entity operating GiveRefer.
Reseller Status: GiveRefer acts as a reseller. The actual gift card voucher is issued by our integration partner (Hubble), and the underlying value is honored by the respective brand.
Pricing Model: Each eligible brand has a defined GiveRefer Coin discount percentage ("subvention"). Coins are applied first up to that cap; the remaining balance is collected in cash via Razorpay. Users cannot opt out of the coin discount — coins are always applied first up to the subvention limit.
Voucher Delivery: Gift card codes are delivered digitally — instantly on the History tab and via email to your registered address. Treat the code and PIN as bearer instruments; anyone with the code can redeem it.
Non-Cancellable & Non-Refundable: Once a gift card voucher has been successfully issued, the purchase is final and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
Failed Issuance: If your payment is captured but the gift card cannot be issued, GiveRefer will automatically initiate a full refund of the cash component via Razorpay. Refunds typically reflect in 5–7 business days, in line with our Refund Policy.
Brand Disputes: Issues related to acceptance, validity, or usage of a voucher at the brand's checkout are between you and the brand. GiveRefer can assist with relaying information, but the underlying voucher contract is with the brand and Hubble.
Validity: Each voucher carries its own expiry as displayed at the time of issuance. Vouchers cannot be extended or revived after expiry.
Payment Data: Card, UPI, and bank details entered during checkout are handled directly by Razorpay (PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant). GiveRefer does not store or have access to your payment instrument details.

GiveRefer Genie (AI Assistant)

AI-Generated Content: Genie's answers are generated by an AI model and are provided "as is" for informational purposes. They may be incomplete or incorrect — always verify referral codes, reward amounts, and program rules on the relevant store page before relying on them.
Community Codes: Referral codes Genie surfaces are shared by GiveRefer members and are governed by each brand's own referral program terms. GiveRefer does not guarantee that any code will work or that a reward will be paid.
Acceptable Use: Do not use the chat to submit unlawful, abusive, or deceptive content, or to attempt to extract data about other members. We may rate-limit, suspend, or block access to Genie at our discretion.
Privacy: Chat messages are processed and stored as described in our Privacy Policy.

External Links and Affiliates

The platform may include third-party links or affiliate promotions. We are not responsible for external content or transactions.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
