The rules around using the rewards matter more than the amount. There is no limit on how many people can use your referral code, and you can accumulate multiple rewards — but you may apply only one reward per order. Several rewards means several separate orders, which quietly caps how quickly they can be spent. A referrer may also earn no more than 10 rewards in any 24-hour period.
The reward is conditional on the order sticking. You are only paid if your friend pays for and does not return or cancel their order — and that explicitly includes cancelling a membership within one month. If they do, neither of you is rewarded.
