The headline number here is genuinely good: £10 per referred friend with no stated cap is a real offer. Most referral schemes in this catalogue cap out between 5 and 40 friends, and an uncapped £10 sits at the generous end of anything reviewed here.

But the listing called it a "£10 cash reward", and the record does not support the word "cash". Its own FAQ says the person signing up receives "a £10 credit to your JustPark account". On the referrer side it says only "you will earn £10" and never states the form.

So the position is: one side is explicitly account credit, and the other side is unspecified. Calling the whole thing "cash" resolves that ambiguity in the most flattering possible direction on no evidence, so this page does not. The difference is not pedantic — credit is only worth £10 if you would otherwise have spent £10 on parking, and it is worth nothing to somebody who parked once for a concert.

Two conditions the headline omitted. The friend must make a first booking within 30 days — a sign-up alone pays nothing, so "instant rewards" was never accurate; it depends on somebody else parking, on their schedule, inside a month. And it is UK only, restricted to residents aged 18 or over — the programme does not exist outside the UK, which is worth knowing before sharing a link internationally.

On the company: JustPark has changed hands. It was acquired by ParkHub, backed by FTV Capital and LLR Partners, and in March 2026 JustPark itself acquired BigParking — a UK football and event parking operator — adding more than 120 event locations near major stadiums. The UK entity remains active, so JustPark is simultaneously an acquisition target and an acquirer, which fits a broader pattern across shared mobility and parking: capital-heavy, thin-margin businesses either reach scale or get absorbed. From a reader's seat, thriving-by-acquisition and failing produce the same practical result — the terms you agreed to are now somebody else's to honour — so confirm the current offer in-app rather than trusting any published figure, including this one.

What makes pre-booked parking worth using, which is a genuine proposition: the saving against a city-centre car park is often substantial, and the certainty is worth more than the discount when you have a train or a kick-off to make. The checks that matter: the exact access arrangement, since a driveway space may need the owner present; the height and size limits, which strand vans and roof boxes; the cancellation terms, because plans change more often than parking does; and whether the space is genuinely within walking distance of where you are going rather than merely in the same postcode.
