Your friend needs to reach $200 of spending and verify their email address. Once they do, you both receive $5 in Bitcoin, credited to your Cashback Balance. Referral credits are reviewed and land within 10 days of your friend meeting the requirement. There is no limit on how many friends you can refer -- but the referral link must be used, since Bitrefill cannot retroactively credit a referral that didn't go through a link.
