For the standard referral, your friend joins the participant community via your link, applies to a study, and completes their first study -- both of you earn $10. For an active featured study, referring someone who applies, gets selected, and completes that specific study earns both of you $30. Researchers can instead refer other researchers: once the referred researcher creates an account and completes and pays for 3+ Recruit sessions, both earn $50.
