Once the Act landed, the remaining 49% holding was written down to zero. Delta's disclosed write-offs came to ₹378.34 crore on a standalone basis and ₹459.52 crore consolidated. A business valued in the hundreds of crores was reduced to nil by a single statute.

For the referral, the position is the same as across the category. The reward existed because money moved through cash games and tournaments. Free-to-play poker has no rake, no buy-ins and no prize pool, so there is nothing to share with a referrer.
