Fuse Energy is a UK supplier whose account lives in an app. Its referral programme pays GBP 100 in bill credit to each side during the current campaign — and the terms are explicit that the offer runs to the end of an applicable campaign period, so treat the figure as this campaign's rather than as the programme's permanent rate.

Three eligibility conditions decide whether it pays. The referrer must be an existing Fuse customer on a Fuse contract with a zero or positive account balance — no outstanding amounts owing. The referred customer must be genuinely new to Fuse, must sign up using the referral code before the campaign ends, and crucially must not have switched to Fuse via any price comparison website. That last exclusion is the same one Octopus applies, and it catches people who compare first and sign up second.

The credit is applied after the referred customer pays their first bill — not at switch, and not at supply start. Once that bill is settled, the credit is added to the Fuse account.
