When you refer someone to the Relai referral program, you earn a commission of 10% of the service fee from every buy or sell transaction they make, including weekly savings plans. This commission is paid out monthly to your Relai wallet, provided you have accumulated at least 10 EUR or CHF in referral earnings.

1. Download the Relai app from the App Store or Google Play.
2. Open the app and tap on the gift icon in the top right-hand corner to access your unique referral code.
3. Share your referral code with friends and family.
4. Your friends can enter your referral code during the sign-up process or in the app under Profile → Referral Code.

To claim referral rewards from Relai, follow these necessary steps:

• Complete KYC Verification: Ensure you've completed the Know Your Customer KYC process in the Relai app. This is a prerequisite to receive referral commissions.
• Share Your Referral Code: Access your unique referral code by tapping the gift icon in the top right-hand corner of the Relai app. Share this code with others to enable them to benefit from reduced trading fees.
• Referral Uses Your Code: When someone uses your referral code during their sign-up or transaction process, you become eligible to earn a commission on their Bitcoin purchases and sales.

You do not need to be a customer to refer someone; however, to receive referral rewards, you must have completed the KYC Know Your Customer process.

There are no restrictions on who can participate in the referral program, but to earn commissions, you must have completed your KYC verification and your earnings should exceed 10 EUR or CHF.

There is no limit to the rewards you can earn from the referral program. As long as your referrals continue to use Relai, you will earn 0.5% of their Bitcoin transactions.
